Sustainability - performance management   
 
Contract period: 11.08.2024 - 10.08.2025
Location: Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger

Main Tasks:

- Support on sustainability reporting, especially environmental and climate reporting  
- Deliver trend analysis, quality control and consolidations of data  
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders and data providers across the company in all business areas and in corporate functions 
- Assist in development and implementation of sustainability performance indicators  
- Support on implementation of ESG reporting tools 

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sustainability performance management is key  
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks (e.g. GHG Protocol, IPIECA) and benchmarks (e.g. CDP)  
- Competence on CSRD, ESRS and EU taxonomy requirements would be an advantage  
- Experience with different types of digital solutions and databases. Ability to quickly learn new applications in order to deliver on reporting and performance management.  
- Experience with working with governance, metrics and data, monitoring, analysis, and internal and external reporting of sustainability data  
- Experience from energy sector (oil, gas and renewables) is an advantage  
- Ability to collaborate well with a broad range of stakeholders and data providers across the company in order to deliver accurate reporting
