Fircroft was incorporated on the 7th April 1970. Today the business has evolved into a globally focussed operation, active in over 40 locations. We have achieved growth built on the back of delivering excellence to our key global clients, from supplying contractors to the North Sea Oil & Gas industry, we now supply over 100 companies across the globe.

We continue to develop relationships in our key sectors with our key global clients, delivering professional services contracts on a preferred or sole supply basis with some of the world’s largest energy companies. As a family owned and managed business, building and maintaining good working relationships is central to our core values. Our partnership approach and commitment to seeking unique and innovative solutions for our clients and contractors has seen some of these relationships span all 4 decades of our business operations.

We are increasingly focused on using the experience we have gained over the past 39 years to grow the business in the long term. In addition to our core contractor supply and contractor management business we have set up a dedicated Permanent Recruitment Division and a dedicated global Executive Search business, Johnson Knight International.

We have also recently rebranded our vendor neutral solution, Italic Managed Solutions, and we have seen increased interest in Italic's services from both clients within our group's key sectors and from other non related industries.
