Position Description
Site Quality Lead needed for oversight of contractor performing a scope of work will be related to refurbishment of a 300 person man-camp. Scope will included security upgrades, civil work, refurbishment of housing piping and electrical systems and installation of new power generation, HVAC and food service equipment.
Required Qualifications:
Skills:
Able to provide direction to supplier on quality management.
Oversee contractor’s inspection activities.
Perform supplementary source inspection as needed.
Formal technical auditor skills preferred.
Good technical communication and writing skills to provide detailed
reporting to Construction Management on status, inspection activities
and quality issues.
Experience:
10 years minimum experience related to construction and fabrication
activities.
2 years minimum recent experience in mechanical or civil inspection
discipline.
Basic electrical inspection knowledge a PLUS.
Additional Comments:
Assignment will be rotator (4wk/4wk or possible 6wk/2wk) in Basra, Iraq.
Company will provide logistics, housing/meals and security for personnel
in country.
