Our commitment to safety standards in the workplace
At Fircroft our number one priority is the safety of our contractor workforce whilst on assignment with clients. We actively promote a positive culture of safety and environmental responsibility in the workplace and we place the Fircroft Contractor HSE Policy at the core of any assignment.
HSE in the recruitment process
Where the Client specifies essential HSE certification and experience including appropriate and current safety training skills and certification, Fircroft ensures all job advertisement templates include these essential requirements. Our professional recruitment teams then assess potential candidates' HSE understanding and awareness in their overall assessment. Short listed candidates must then provide valid competency evidence to support their application for the role in question.
All CV submissions to the Client are therefore supported by validated essential HSE certification.
HSE in the on-boarding process
Our Contractor HSE Policy contains important information which has been developed to help our contractors safely through their assignment.
Fircroft maintains a comprehensive suite of contractor HSE policies. The suite comprises detailed, tailored and specific individual policies.
Our Contractor HSE Policy provides:
- HSE information to contractors
- Informs and educates to help prevent accidents and incidents
- Positions the contractor for the site safety induction
- Supports our Clients environmental commitments
HSE and the Assignment
Through our assignment review process we check that the contractor is fully aware of any site and job specific HSE requirements.
