Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Control Systems Engineer to join their services team in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, commissioning and maintaining control systems. This will ensure the successful operation of critical processes in resources and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and commissioning of control systems for greenfield and brownfield projects in collaboration with client-based engineering teams
- Client site visits for initial scope and then for future work
- Development of PLC and HMI software
- Provide technical advice in system integration, testing, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in continuous improvement and enhancement processes with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or similar field
- Experience in an engineering services company
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and control system hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
