Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
The Role:Position Description:
- Vehicle Package Engineer reporting to Vehicle Package team leader.
Skills Required:
- Catia V5.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Any person supplied should have a valid UK driving licence and meet the medical requirements of the company facilities
- Complex Cross function Problem resolution
Skills Preferred:
- Working knowledge of the compnay project delivery process
- GPDS
- Working knowledge of Teamcentre Tce
Experience Required:
- Extensive Package experience.
- Extensive Mechanical or Body/Interior component design experience.
Experience Preferred:
- Experience of managing own workload preferred.
Education Required:
- HND
Education Preferred:
- Degree
Additional Information :
- The role is responsible for the Creation, Development and Analysis of Vehicle and System level layouts, investigations and issue resolutions.
- Candidates must be used to working in dynamic cross functional teams, be skilled in Problem resolution and be highly motivated.
- Located at Gaydon as part of a team of Vehicle Package Engineers.
