Engineering Manager (Electrical-SolarPV)

NES Fircroft currently hiring for our client, a growing EPC and Consultancy Services in the Renewables Segment for Engineering Manager Role.

Employment : Permanent / Direct Hire
Location : Jakarta

Requirement :

• Minimum 9 years of related work exp., or 7 years for candidate with Master's Degree (field experiene is a must have)
• Experience as Manager or Lead (minimum 2 subordinate) for an EPC Projects
• Expereince and Knowledge in Commissioning of Battery Systems
• Minimum 3 years of EPC project in general and PLTS/Solar
• Electrical Engineering Background and Bachhelor Degree/Master's in Electrical

Required Skill Set :

• PLTS/PV/PVSyst
• Battery System (a must)
• VSD/UPS/Inverter
• Power System
• LV & MV System
• ETAP

Duties :

• Manage, Supervise, and Review of Engineering & Design process
• Develop solutions based on Technical Requirements
• Ensure compliance to national / international technical standards
• Technical Discussions & Presentations with Project Management Leader, Clients and other third parties
• Participating in long-term Research and Development Strategy with Founders and Executives
• Create, evaluate, and ensure proper implementation of company internal policies
• Organize operational culture / habit to ensure high performance standards from all employees, which includes upholding teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement.
