Multidiscipline planner
Contract period: 01.05.2024 - 31.10.2024
Location: Batam, Indonesia
Main Tasks:
- Be an HSSE ambassador, ensure HSSE procedures are adhered to, and proactively strive for good HSSE and quality performance throughout the work.
- Contribute to an optimized and integrated project execution.
- Monitor progress on all activities, highlight irregularities and propose corrective actions.
- Monitor progress on deliverables from internal and external suppliers and Customers.
- Participate in group- and project meetings.
- Assist Contractor in resolving technical problems during the execution of building- or installation work at the construction site.
- Seek for continual improvement of work processes and products within own responsibility area.
- Contribute to interface up against relevant disciplines.
- Weekly reporting to Construction/ Site Manager.
- Contribute to Lessons Learned, experience transfer and Close Out Report.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering. Relevant experience from similar positions in other oil & gas projects may make up for formal education.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of Design and Fabrication. Knowledge to applicable project documents, standards, and specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office, experience in use of planning software PrimaVera.
- Shall have experience from working in SE Asia.
- English Fluent written and verbal communication
- Organized and independent, with good collaboration skills
- Proactive, service minded, and solution orientated
- Strong work ethics
