• Demonstrates strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to develop an understanding of specific terminology and scopes.
• 5 years of oil & gas industry familiarity ideal although not essential.
Scope
• Working with the Installation Engineer to build, maintain & publish a weekly consolidated vessel schedule using MS Excel/MS Project by obtaining input from project teams.
• Working with the Lead to track and coordinate vessel inspections by approving authorities
• Reserve flights for offshore crew changes.
• Work with Lead to track Offshore Construction Lead assignments.
