Piping Designer - Perth, Western Australia - $$Exc, long term work opportunities with Australia's biggest engineering company

Fast forward 6-12 months to September 2012. You have successfully contributed to a major offshore design project, based from your office in Perth, CBD. You've witnessed a variety of challenging yet exciting designs (FPSO, topsides) and you've grown into a rapidly yet stable department within a world leading Oil & Gas / Resource / power business.
Your ideas have been listened to and acted upon, you have gained a better array of skills working amongst other like-minded driven and successful Piping Designers, who have been with the business nearly 10 years and you are sitting down with your Line Manager, who sees no difference between his contract staff and permanent staff, to negotiate a salary increase and a job promotion.
Do you feel you have the right experience to work for this company?
I am seeking an experienced Piping Designer with experience in either PDMS or Autoplant for Australia's largest engineering company to work on two world class offshore developments. A successful track record of Piping Design experience along with a positive, driven attitude and the desire to grow your already existing array of skills and experience is required. Your other duties would predominately consist of:
Assisting with design, and drafting in designated areas.
Managing the design documentation and drawings as per procedures.
Liaising with Engineers, Management and other disciplines.
