The Company:Our client is one of the largest providers of energy consultancy and engineering support services in the Uk. Within the nuclear sector they have an exceptional reputation for delivering innovative, cost-effective business and engineering solutions to owners, operators, regulators and suppliers to nuclear licensed sites.
The Role:Our client requires an extremely confident, personable, organised and professional individual to support their IT / Security Project Manager.
The role will involve attending workshops with the client representative/Project Manager and client teams between Sellafield and Risley. (expenses/car hire will be paid). Approx 3 days per week based at Sellafield, other 2 at Risley.
Duties will include:
Attending meetings/workshops
Workshops are held regularly each week, 3 days per week, 6 hours per day.
Detailed minutes to be taken during workshops and issued to participants.
Document actions.
Follow up actions to conclusion.
Interacting with meeting attendees.
Some meetings may be via video conference.
Full time - Mon-Fri - 37.5 hours per week approx - maybe more if required.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:Experience working with Sellafield site projects.
Experienced minute taker with high level of Word document ability.
Good level of Excel for report writing.
Document management background may be beneficial or a role which involved organisation of documents, actions etc.
Previously worked in an engineering environment, dealing with technical terminology.
Confident, organised, well presented individual.
Must be flexible and have a "can do" attitude.
Full driving licence
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:P4 pass beneficial but not essential as we will security clear the ideal applicant.
