The Company:A Major Oil and Gas company working on major Offshore projects near Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
The Role:Key responsibilities;
• Liaising with Recruitment, HR, Project Management and the client to obtain approval for new employee’s
• Raising and recording PAF’s (personal authorisation forms)
• Coordinating service orders
• Drafting job adverts
• Short listing and responding to applicants
• Telephone screening of potential candidates
• Maintenance of the recruitment database – Fast Track
• Verification of candidates competencies and qualifications
• Conducting reference checks
• Reporting
• General administration duties as required by Senior Recruitment Advisor and the project
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:• Recruitment or HR experience
• Self motivation
• 3 years+ administration and data entry experience
• Strong interpersonal & organisational skills
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel & Word skills
• Experience in Fast Track, ERMS or a similar database beneficial
