** Senior Process Safety Engineer **
Location: NL, Main office - Maasvlakte. (2-3 days in office mandatory)
Duration: June 2024 - June 2025 (Possibility of extension)
In the role of Senior Process Safety Engineer , you will report to the Manager of Project HSE in Finland. This role will include substantial amount of travelling especially during the first 12 months when Hazop will be performed.
Your main responsibilities include
· Responsible that legislative and company HSE requirements are implemented accordingly in investment projects
· Consult project team and other stakeholders in process safety and fireproofing issues
· Facilitate process hazard analyses (e.g. HAZOP, LOPA) and other PHA studies in investment projects
· Lead and report HSE activities of investment projects, facilitate trainings and actively communicate HSE related issues to the project organization and other stakeholders

Job Requirements:
- Experience with Process Safety in engineering or in industry (10+ years) for FEED and EXECUTION PROJECTS
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemical/Process engineering
- Thorough understanding of process safety, risk management of high hazard chemical process industry
- Good competency facilitating process hazard analysis (e.g. HAZOP, LOPA)
- Ability to organize and lead HSE activities in investment projects
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability & Supervise Manage HSE Partners.
- Willingness to travel
