The Company:Our client, an international major oil and gas operator, seeks a Transportation and Installation Engineer to join their team.
The Role:This position will be part of the T&I (transportation & Installation) team with responsibilities for managing, coordinating and providing oversite for the project's T&I scope.
The position will work closely with and provide oversite to the project's T&I contractors.
This includes;
• Installation aids
• Dry transportation of the hull from Korea to US gulf coast
• Marine transportation of topsides modules
• Wet tow of hull from the integration site to offshore site
• Pile loadout, transportation and installation
• Tendon buoyancy module fabrication, loadout, transportation and installation
• Tendon loadout, transportation and installation
• TLP facility installation
• Oil and gas pipeline SCR recovery and hang off
• Interface with regulatory authorities.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:B.S in Engineering or Construction Management required
10+ - 15 years
