Job Description:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for storing, optimising, delivering and control of spare parts and consumables for the site.
The Warehouse Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining various databases incl. SAP, PPE, lifting equipment and tooling etc.
Maintain an understanding of the Ørsted Energy standard policies and strategies and relevant responsibilities of the job.

Key Tasks
-Mobilization
  • Urgent picks in the morning
  • Bring all urgent  spares, tools and PPE to the quayside by forklift
  • Crane all items to the vessel
  • Maintain all SAP related tasks for Mob process
-De-Mob
  • Urgent picks in the afternoon
  • Bring all spares, tools and PPE to the quayside by forklift
  • Crane all relevant items from the vessel
  • Bring all spares, tools and PPE to the warehouse by forklift
  • Maintain all SAP related tasks for Mob process
-Goods receiving including SAP
  • Physically put the parts on shelves
  • Document everything in SAP
-Pick and Pack service kits for the planned service
  • Document everything in SAP
-Handle Warranty parts.
  • Make paper, pack and send to supplier and back again
  • Document in SAP and Techdoc if necessary
-Tools & PPE
  • Make sure that tool kits are 100% complete for the job
  • Test tools if necessary
  • Verify PPE that they live up to HSE demand
  • Call in tools & PPE which are due for calibration
  • Document, pack and send tools & PPE to supplier
  • Receive Tools & PPE and handle calibration certificate according to ISO 55001
  • Document calibration in SAP
-Do electrical test for electrical equipment
  • Document in Techdoc
-Waste management handling
  • Sort waste
  • Contact supplier for waste pick up
  • Document waste amount and type in Eagle
-Unpack return goods from yesterday
  • Categorize in Scrap, Warranty or Refurbish
  • Document in SAP and put back to shelves or quarantine stock
-Handle Refurbishment items
  • Make paper, pack and send to supplier and back again
  • Document in SAP and Techdoc if necessary
-Dangerous goods handling
  • Make documentation and secure according to specification
  • Instruct and survey vessel fuel filling according to safety and environment standard
-Household
  • Carry out daily household at the warehouse according to 6S lean principal
  • Carry out household in the yard at site
  • Supply the site with consumables like: water, toilet paper etc
-HV maintenance
  • Responsible for pick, pack and send tool & PPE to supplier for calibration
  • Receive Tools & PPE and handle calibration certificate according to ISO 55001
  • Help with HV Mob and De-Mob
-SAP
  • Perform substantial SAP related tasks daily
  • Keep track of supply chain for spares
  • Create manual requisitions of tools & PPE and non WTG consumables (Not System generated)
  • Follow up on Purchase Order and invoices
  • Support cross site - Pick, pack and send spares for potential turbine down
-Site related
  • Participate in HSE meetings/training and Emergency Response Plan
  • Participate in site meetings
  • Daily performance meeting, weekly and monthly ad hoc meetings, Town hall
-OSC (Operations Supply Chain) related
  • Warehouse coordinator seminar
  • Training & education
-        Maintain certificate for truck, craning, dangerous goods etc. Training/education
-        Ensure the validity of own safety certificates: Global Wind Organisations Standard Basic Safety Training (BST) etc.
-Synergi
  • Conduct synergi cases for improvement initiatives Warehouse/site
  • Be synergi owner and responsible for execution/implementation
-Local supplier contact
  • Pick up components and items a local supplier
  • Handle subcontractor spares, tools & PPE in campaigns
  • Be Proactive in maintaining competence level required for the job
 
Deliverables
  • To ensure a warehouse with all relevant inventory at all times in a cost effective way
  • Secure a minimum stock to serve a high yield production in cooperation with site and supply Chain MRP.
  • Supply data for short- and long-term maintenance planning
  • Optimize stock and stock flow
