The Company:
Our Client is a major Oil and Gas operator and has assets through out the world.

The Role:
The Management of Change and Risk Management Co-ordinator for North Sea Wells will be responsible for:

- Recommend personnel assignment for each wells Management of Change.
- Input and Perform the implementation of Management of Change in Norway.
- Perform and Input to risk assessments, risk assessment tools and risk management process updates.
- Perform SIP input supporting the planner as required.
- Review each wells Management of Change, confirming that the proposal is clearly defined and that all supporting documentation is complete to a high standard.
- Understand the content and scope of the change proposal in order to assess the required level of review and assurance.
- Carry out the initial risk assessments.
- Identify, alongside the initiator the right people to review, approve and authorise the change.
- Track and progress each Management of Change through the system to closeout.
- Provide assurance to management of compliance with Management of Change procedures.
- Generate all deviation reports.
- Ensure the consistency of risk assessments across North Sea Wells.
- Capture lessons learnt and recommend actions to promote continuous improvement in the area of MOC and risk management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Engineering or science degree or eligibility for Chartered Engineer.
- Worked in a Wells environment in an engineering or supervisory capacity.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience of Management of Change and Risk Assessment.
