1970 - Fircroft incorporated on 7th April 1970.
1980 - Aberdeen office opened.
1982 - Offshore project contracts awarded from Shell (London & Holland), BP (London), Marathon (London), Norske Shell (Norway) and Mobil (Norway). Awarded contract with Bechtel (USA) for the supply of nuclear engineering personnel, dealing with waste management.
1989 - Fircroft offices first used computers for databases and payroll, all linked by kilo stream lines.
1992 - Secretarial Division opened in Manchester.
1992 - Fircroft implemented a quality management system conforming to the requirements of the international quality standard, then known as BS 5750.
1993 - Relocation of Head Office to Trinity House in Sale, Cheshire.
1994 - USA Office opened, initially in Detroit, Michigan.
1994 – Singapore office opened. Joint venture set up for Far-East to provide sales & marketing for projects Fircroft were involved with in the Philippines, China and South Korea.
1994 - The Fircroft quality management system was updated to comply with revised requirements of the international quality standard, then known as ISO 9002 : 1994.
1995 - Transferred USA office from original location Detroit, to Houston, Texas. This allowed Fircroft to concentrate on the world-wide Oil & Gas sector.
1995 - First contract award was the Shell Bonga Nigerian Project.
1996 - Awarded our first sole supply agreement with AEAT. Re-positioned 250 workers; Value £4.5m. Still running under RWE and other client names after being re-structured by AEAT.
1997 – Billingham office opened.
1999 - Cumbria office opened.
2000 - Awarded sole supply arrangements with UKAEA. Re-positioned 300 workers and opened our first on-site office; Value £12m pa.
2000 – First Kazakhstan office opened in Atyrau. Servicing KCO, or the OKIOC Project, as it was then known.
2000 – Second Kazakhstan office opened in Aksai. Servicing the Karachaganak Project Organisation Development. Known as KPO or KPD. Also provided staff to Bechtel/Parsons.
2001 – Azerbaijan office opened in Baku. Servicing AIOC (Azerbaijan International Operating Company).
2001 - Devised a unique strategic partnership solution for British Nuclear Fuels. Received the SNIPS award from BNFL for supplier initiative.
2001 - Nominated as the sole supply of all agency personnel to Eutech Engineering Solutions, an ABB company.
2002 – Acquisition of Code Engineering Pty, later re-branded as Fircroft in Perth, Western Australia.
2002 - Awarded the sole source supply agreement with ABB Ltd.
2003 – Russia office opened in Moscow. Key clients for the Moscow office include Shell, TNK-BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron and Marathon.
2004 - The Fircroft quality management system was updated to comply with current requirements of the international quality standard, now known as ISO 9001: 2000.
2004 - Fircroft opened an on-site office at Bentley Motors and now supplies all engineering contractors on a sole supplier basis.
2004 - Fircroft Managed Solutions created in parallel with Fircroft Documentation Group.

Italic Managed Solutions
established as the group’s neutral vendor solution.
2005 - Chevron announce that Fircroft will be one of their 3 global suppliers as part of their International Master Agreement (IMA).
2005 - Italic wins its first contract with Petro-Canada in Aberdeen and London.
2006 – Third Kazakhstan office opened in Aktau.
2006 – Thailand office opened in Bangkok.
2006 - Fourth Kazakhstan office opened in Tengiz.
2007 - Second Australian office opened in Brisbane.
2007 - Qatar office opened in Doha.
2008 - Angola office opened in Luanda.
2008 - Vietnam office opened in Ho Chi Minh City.
2008 - Canada office opened in Calgary.
2009 - Pembroke office open in UK.
