Over the past 40 years we’ve developed a large network of loyal candidates, many of whom have worked with us on repeat assignments.
Some of our assignments turn out to be long term contracts and candidate care for us isn't just a one-off welcome pack, it is central to everything we do, underpinned by our brand values across the lifespan of the assignment, be it two weeks or two years.
The relationship between our recruitment professionals and the hiring manager is central to placing the right person for the job. We work hard to understand our clients' technical needs and cultural needs of the client organisation, both important and central to a successful assignment.
We are proud of our success rates, because at the earliest stage, we make sure the candidate is the right person for the job. If this wasn't handled professionally at the start of the recruitment brief, we wouldn't be doing our job for both the candidate and the client's hiring manager. That said, we want our recruitment process to be as supportive as possible, and give every candidate the chance to do their best.
