Here at Fircroft, our Quality Management System has become an invaluable tool in helping us establish a better understanding of client and candidate needs, which is underpinned by the development and monitoring of highly effective processes that help us to achieve these needs.
The Fircroft Quality Management System is fully certified by SGS to the ISO 9001:2008
International Standard for Quality Management. Our Quality Management System is continually audited, both internally and externally, by a UCAS accredited ISO9001 assessment body. This ensures that we maintain our high standards and continually improve upon the service that we are able to offer all of our clients and candidates. Our Quality Management programme ensures a high standard of customer service is delivered to all candidates and clients as well as providing a working environment in which our staff are able to develop and grow with Fircroft.
The Fircroft Quality Management programme is managed through an Integrated Management System (IMS) which is certified by SGS to the requirements of Pas99
which is the international standard for integrated management systems. This means that the Fircroft Quality Management System effectively links in with the Fircroft Occupational Health & Safety Management System and the Fircroft Environmental Management System, of which are both externally assessed and certified in line with the requirements of OHSAS 18001 & ISO14001
