Fircroft mobile website now live

12/01/2012
We are delighted to launch the latest part of our online service to candidates searching for technical engineering jobs around the globe.

To support a community of candidates in the search for global opportunities, this launch now puts the Fircroft website in your hands on any mobile device with an internet browser.

To access the site, simply visit www.fircroft.com from your mobile device's website browser and the website will recognise the device, displaying the mobile version automatically.

Fircroft mobile website

The site has been specifically designed to get straight to the point and allow you to search for jobs easily. All registered candidates can login to their My Fircroft account and apply for jobs immediately from their mobile device.

*If you are not registered please click here and register on our desktop site – you will then be able to apply for jobs from your account on your desktop computer and your mobile device*.

Why not an app?

We know how great apps are, but we also know that not everyone has an iPhone, Android or Blackberry device. Our mobile website puts the accessibility of an app on every mobile device with an internet browser.

Research suggests that more people are visiting mobile websites to look for jobs than ever before, and this trend does not look like stopping anytime soon - from January 2011 to December 2011 Fircroft received a 425% increase in the number of website visitors from mobile devices.

Fircroft recognise that it is important for you to access job opportunities from remote locations, and often where you won't have access to a desktop computer. We want to make the job search experience easier for you, and hope that the mobile website will add greater accessibility to the jobs we have.

We've not forgotten about apps, and will be looking to add to our online resources in the future.

It is also still easy to access the standard desktop website from your mobile device, simply click the 'Desktop Site' link at the bottom of each page - this might be preferred when viewing from iPad's and other tablet devices.
