Here at Fircroft, we pride ourselves on providing our clients and candidates with the complete recruitment service, and we believe that we are only as good as the last candidate we place. Fircroft covers a diverse range of sectors in the UK, such as our core Oil & Gas industry, including upstream, fabrication, refining and processing. We also have significant experience across the nuclear, automotive and power industries, where we supply quality candidates to a large number of key clients. Some relationships have been developed recently; others span over 40 years since Fircroft began.
Since Fircroft was founded in 1970, we have developed a large network of loyal clients, many of whom now use us as their exclusive preferred supplier. In addition, we have network of candidates who have been mobilised across the world for contract assignments with us for over a decade. Fircroft currently has offices in London, Aberdeen, Crewe, Cumbria, Teesside, Solihull and our Head Office in Warrington.

We are proud of our success rates, because at the earliest stage, we make sure the candidate is the ideal candidate for the role. If this wasn't handled professionally at the start of the recruitment brief, we wouldn't be doing our job for both the candidate and the client's hiring manager. That said, we want our recruitment process to be as supportive as possible, and give every candidate the chance to do their best.
One point we pride ourselves on is our mobilisation process; our teams are highly skilled in managing not only the placement of the candidate, but also the logistics of moving them overseas. We provide ongoing training to our recruitment teams to ensure that they are aware of what is happening in our key sectors - helping them to offer a better service to clients and candidates alike. Our consultants develop close relationships with candidates, so that we benefit from first-hand knowledge of industry changes, trends and challenges.
