Video of the week: managing mental health in the workplace

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day and many of us will have seen many stories on social media about people struggling with anxiety, depression and other challenges (maybe you even shared some of these stories yourself). Awareness of these issues has grown massively in recent years, though there is still a lot of work to be done to ensure that those who are struggling are able to find the help and support they need. And this is particularly true in the workplace.

For this week's video we wanted to share this speech by head of Bamboo Mental Health, Tom Oxley, given at TEDx Norwich. In this enlightening video, Tom shares insights on coping with mental health at work, and supporting those who are struggling. It's a powerful and vital topic that affects millions of people every day.
