Many are coming around to the idea that hydrogen could be the fuel of the future. The Hydroflex train aims to bring that one step closer for Britain, having recently made its first trip on the UK's rail network.

Click below to watch the maiden voyage in this video from the BBC, showing the Hydroflex's 25 mile trip from Warwickshire to Worcestershire and back, reaching speeds of up to 50mph.

Developers of the Hydroflex hope to have passengers on board by the end of 2021.

Happy Happy, Joy Joy !!! All wagons are colored green !! Sitting on 1,000 psig (?) and exactly Hindenburg-Zeppelin type gas (H2). One derailment, and we all go up KA-BOOM. Looking 4 passengers on board ?? Count me out. Can someone tell us where this H2 comes from, and with WHAT Carbon-Footprint??
