My career in HR started in 2000 whilst working in the shipping industry with one of Papua New Guinea’s leading shipping companies. After 2.5 years I then moved into the Oil & Gas Industry as a Recruitment Manager in 2012. I was fortunate to be a part of a selected few who were tasked to ensure the supply of qualified and skilled personnel for a world class project that was delivered within budget and well within schedule.
Early 2016 I moved into a Client Services Manager role for a multinational company specialising in recruitment and just recently in September 2016, joined Fircroft as Recruitment Manager for PNG.
The best part of being a recruiter is dealing directly with people from all walks of life on a daily basis. Whether it’s a client or an applicant, the ability to understand their need is an essential part of being a good recruiter in PNG, and that is something I can definitely help you with.
