We understand the intricacies of deploying staff in more than 60 territories for some of the world's biggest and most demanding corporations. After all, we've been doing it for more than 40 years.

The Fircroft Full Circle Service has been specially designed to take care of every aspect of employing contract and permanent technical specialists for assignments anywhere in the world.

From payroll, expenses and taxation to visas and work permits, travel, accommodation and medical insurance, it's all handled seamlessly by our expert team.

Talent Mapping

We strive to understand the technicalities and complexities of each project in order to identify the right candidate for each role. We do this by working collaboratively with your organisation to conduct a detailed analysis of your project, taking into account the nature of the work involved and the location. Candidate skill sets are assessed to match the particular skills you may favour for a specific project or location.

We retain our high calibre candidates by proactively facilitating their transfer from one project to another.

As well as recruiting specialist contractors we also source experienced professionals for technical permanent positions at executive and management level.

Invoicing & Payment

We will manage the payroll and tax administration for all contractors as well as process timesheets, expenses and invoices.

We're used to managing the payment of foreign taxes, both for local country nationals and for ex-patriots, using a combination of both local and international tax and legal consultants.

Taking the complexity out of deploying contract and permanent workers, means that we can provide simple invoice solutions to complex assignments.

Management Information

We have developed a sophisticated Management Information (MI) system which can provide more than 100 different types of report, all fully customisable to meet your exact needs.

We will work with you to define reporting requirements at the implementation phase. Ongoing, the Fircroft Service Team will take responsibility for ensuring you receive the information we have promised, on time, every time.

Our unique position in the market allows us to benchmark day rates, so that our clients can ensure that they are capturing skills and talent at the market rate, enabling sophisticated project cost control measures to be put into place.

Our system is reviewed regularly and measured through our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. The Fircroft Document Auditing Programme ensures client and legal recruitment documentation is verified and audited in line with client specific and legal requirements. It is externally verified against the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004.
