Our International Logistics team are experienced in dealing with the often complex logistical processes and are dedicated to providing support to you. The team also support all of our in-country professionals to ensure you are well looked after every step of the way. Our strength is the ability to deal with the difficulty of the on-boarding process, regardless of location and complexity.
The objective of the Logistics function is to ensure that you always travel overseas safely, on schedule and with suitable emergency medical insurance protection. It’s our number one priority.
Each team ensures that they work in line with our client’s and contractor’s needs throughout the process. Our travel team uses the services of Carlson Wagonlit Travel (corporate travel management) to ensure best practice. This team is supported on a global basis by our international offices and in-country partners.
Our global network of industry professionals will make sure that the complexity of local legislation and on-boarding processes are managed and communicated in the most efficient and reassuring way.
You will benefit from a Contractor Services Co-ordinator dedicated to you at the time you are placed. The Contractor Services Co-ordinator will co-ordinate all aspects of your care and provides access to the wide range of Fircroft service offerings.
Dedicated contact will be supported via our global network of offices and customer services staff who provide a 24hr service to cover any emergency travel and insurance needs.
The Fircroft team will facilitate and manage:
- Regular and ad-hoc travel, accommodation and subsistence requirements
- Visa and work permit renewal services
- Payroll and taxation reporting services
- Ongoing HSE, training and compliance documentation renewals
- Insurance claims and cover
- Overseas emergency medical services & evacuations
- Queries or complaint handling
We offer both domestic and international payment against approved timesheets and expenses in a variety of currencies and through a variety of payment methods to suit your needs. We strive to accommodate all tax compliant requirements to ensure you have access to your wages where you need them and in the relevant bank accounts / currencies.
We also offer a self-billing service for our Ltd Company contractors to reduce the administrative burden of invoicing.
