My bio

I recently joined the business in November 2016 in the Automotive team. I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University, Cheshire Campus in 2015 and swiftly went over to the USA to coach Football camps from May - September 2015. Once I returned to the UK, I got my first job as an International IT recruitment consultant at a company called LA International in Stoke-on-Trent and enjoyed my time there before having a sabbatical summer to go travelling. I visited Hong Kong and Thailand before returning to the UK, where along with two friends, hired a 70's VW campervan to drive over to France to watch England disappoint in the European championships once again. From there, we took Freddi (the campervan) over to Spain for the remainder of our trip.

I recently moved to Manchester and was offered an exciting role at Fircroft, which is going very well so far. Situated in the Automotive team, we deal with a number of high end clients, all with many high profile jobs to fill, therefore we are always kept busy. I enjoy being in charge of my own account and being able to directly influence how much I can potentially earn in a working year - the more you put in the more you get out.

I have always been a keen sportsperson competing in high profile competitions from a young age, including winning bronze at the age of 14 in the Welsh swimming championships in my age category, and completed an undefeated season with my university's Semi-Professional football team in season 14-15. Just after I turned 15 I ran in a triathlon for 13 - 17 years old and I ended up winning, beating the current record by 18 minutes. This caught the attention of an attending Olympic scout who awarded me with a gold card, allowing me to train anywhere in the country for free, and shortlisting me as one to watch for the Olympic team.

In the short time I have been at Fircroft I can see how relaxed and friendly the atmosphere is which allows people to work a lot more efficiently and there are always people to help you out. I believe that team work is essential in many aspects of life including the workplace and there is no shortage of that at Fircroft.
