The Company:
The (Senior) Subsea Engineer, Integrity is responsible for managing the integrity of the UK Operated Assets subsea infrastructure (pipelines) in accordance with the clients management systems.
They are the focal point for subsea integrity issues, inspections, surveys, integrity reports and data and the interface between subsea and topsides for integrity related matters. They aid in the development, maintenance and management of an effective Subsea Facilities Integrity Management system.

The Role:
• Manages and delivers the Subsea Integrity Management System (including Risk Assessments, Inspection Plans and Annual Reviews)
• Aids in the development of the Subsea Facilities Integrity Management System
• Manages the (subsea) inspection plans.
• Manages anomaly reviews and risk assessments (corrosion and annual).
• Reviews impact of anomalies and makes any recommendations for remedial work.
• Maintains pipeline management documentation for assets or supports wider team in review and update.
• Participating in onshore/offshore Risk Assessments.
• Keep up-to-date with new inspection technologies and regulations.
• Manages the Integrity Data Management System (IDMS).
• Ensure ‘topside pipeline components’ within the CMMS have appropriate PMs and frequency for their service.
• Assists with development and compliance with pertinent Performance Standards.
• Development of subsea integrity management system documentation for any new assets.
• Reviews upcoming integrity work and aligns resources to meet business needs.
• Assists UK Subsea Manager in identifying and delivering business opportunities.
• Support interface with HSEx and DECC/OGA with respect to pipeline and other subsea issues.
• Focal point for regulator for Pipeline Works Authorisations (PWA) and Deposit Consents (DepCon)
• Support any pipeline engineering work.
• Supports delivery of overall operational pipeline internal corrosion management.
• Chairs asset pipeline Integrity Management Team (IMT) meetings and ensures this forum provides update, scrutiny, audit and risk management as delivery.
• Manages work package expenditure and commitments within Dana.
• Develop cost estimates for work packages for approval, obtaining third party input where necessary.
• Provide cost tracking and schedule visibility through the lifecycle of all integrity scopes the role is responsible for and for financial processes including budget planning, value of work done and forecasting.
