The Role:
A position has come available for an Account Manager based in Houston, reporting directly to the Business Manager.


Job Summary:

The Account Manager will be assigned to a set portfolio of existing Fircroft Clients and will be expected to develop new business from their existing client portfolio.
As the Account Manager you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure Client Service and compliance requirements are delivered to all existing contracts, as well as ensuring 100% compliance to Fircroft's contractual and legal commitments.
The Account Manager is expected to develop robust client relationships with the goal of generating vacancies, attracting and coaching nominations as well as maximizing profitability through growing market share with existing Fircroft clients.


Job Duties:


* Proactively generate qualified vacancies with client base.
* Actively seek out new potential contacts within existing clients through a wide range of means, including networking and cold approaches
* Along with the Business Manager, manage the transition of new clients to the point of becoming an active and established client
* Own and actively progress account development plans from existing client portfolio with a focus on obtaining work from additional areas within existing clients
* Implementing strategies to increase client consumption of a wider range of Fircroft services
* Own and develop your assigned client portfolio and demonstrate exceptional sales acumen ensuring you also understand the full service and capability of specific market offerings of the Fircroft Group
* Map existing clients, providing full visibility of client strategy, stakeholder maps and buying rationale
* Act as a 'trusted advisor' by working with the Business Manager to consult with key client decision makers ensuring you understand their business critical issues and strategic objectives, positioning Fircroft as a solution provider
* Work within a team of Account Managers, aligned to specific Fircroft clients, and work closely with the relevant recruitment teams to drive and challenge recruitment performance for Clients in portfolio
* Understand the Client Contract requirements and provide the clients with the contractually required inputs (including reports)
* Be proactive and visible where possible at client site.

Compliance Elements of this Role:

Working closely with the Operations Manager and the Commercial Finance Manager to ensure Fircroft do not make client/ contractual commitments that:
* Cannot be complied with
* Cannot be delivered
* Do not match with Fircroft policies
* Seek advice from consulting Fircroft Compliance Professionals on items where there is any doubt on any matter related to Compliance

Ensure the Sales function remains compliant, by:
* Not activating contractors without a Purchase Order
* Ensuring candidates are engaged correctly, with expectations set on what is/ is not allowable within the constraints of the contract
* Correctly vetting contractors (inc. required technical qualifications)

Outline and monitor compliance the terms of the contract are being adhered to - including but not limited to:
* Billing arrangements
* Provision of Management Reports
* Adherence to Service Levels and KPIs
* HSE Requirements (including reporting)
* Completed CDF's are in place

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Business relevant degree level qualification or experiential equivalent
* Previous experience in recruitment sales, including a demonstrable track record of successfully developing existing client relationships
* Established track record in the specialist recruitment solution environment
* Proven understanding of the technical/ engineering recruitment market
* Exposure to global/ multinational clients
* Designing complex human capital solutions for clients, demonstrating financial, process and strategic benefits
* Demonstrable experience of selling both contingent worker and experienced (permanent) hire solutions
* Varied client experience selling to FTSE 250/ Fortune 500 clients and International Blue Chips

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience sales in the Oil and Gas sector
* Demonstrable experience in other sectors (outside Oil and Gas)
