The Role:

The Contractor Services Coordinator will report directly into the Regional Operations Manager and will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of services directly to Candidates and Contractors; supporting two regions. To provide excellent care and support to the contractors from onboarding through to off boarding and with the ongoing support with queries throughout the life of their contract with fircroft.

The purpose of this role is to ensure service excellence and compliance in delivery of existing contracts, projecting a professional image of Fircroft at all times and dealing with contractors on a daily basis as well as always ensuring 100% compliance to Fircroft's contractual and legal commitments.

Role Responsibilities
* Facilitate the smooth running of the onboarding of all candidates/contractors
* Ensure high levels of service are maintained for both the client and the contractor
* Perform initial 'Handholding' process with new contractors to ensure they are fully aware of Fircroft policies and the processes for the ongoing completion of timesheet and expenses
* Liaise directly with the Service Delivery Hub regarding specific contractor queries and to ensure efficient levels of service are provided.
* Continually building a network of contacts in the contractor market and actively gaining knowledge of the business to ensure a full understanding of contractor requirements post commencement of their assignment
* Gain a good understanding of contractual terms and conditions and ensure service delivery of required processes throughout the relevant assignment including but not limited to the management of Purchase Orders and resolving payroll queries - this will require a good level of knowledge regarding the payroll timetables and procedures as well as a good understanding of as the timesheet and expenses processes
* Take ownership of all administration including but not limited to onboarding documentation, offer documents, contracts, starter packs, rate changes, purchase orders, queries and general correspondence regarding all other matters relating to contractor, ensuring that all documentation relating to the above is returned and recorded appropriately
* Take ownership of ad hoc reporting and other requests and deliver required output in a timely manner
* Assist Account Managers and Recruitment team with keeping teams aware of contractor movements, especially where contractors are actively looking for new assignments
* Work closely with the Service Delivery teams to ensure the services delivered are timely and of high quality
* Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Service Delivery teams on all appropriate client/contractor issues
* Ensure all necessary Quality Assurance activities for contractors are being completed and renewed appropriately
* Ensure the completeness, quality and accuracy of contractor data within the Fircroft's systems
* Gain an understanding of the full service and capability, and specific market offerings of the Fircroft Group to be in a position to advise Contractors as appropriate
* Knowledge share amongst the global Fircroft community.
* Work within a team of Contract Service Co-Ordinators to support the service delivery across the region/globally
* Ensure all compliance responsibilities are adhered to.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous administrative office experience, including a
* Demonstrable track record of successfully building strong relationships with their specific client groups
* Experience of working in a Customer Service environment
* Experience of working within a team environment
* Understanding of the technical/ engineering recruitment market desirable but not essential
* Highly organised and able to coordinate multiple tasks and competing deadlines
* Comfortable to work under pressure and to tight deadlines,
* Team Player - working to a 'shared objective' team purpose
* Aptitude to engage at all levels to discuss Fircroft capabilities and Market Offerings
* Results and output driven
* Pro-active, responsible and self motivated
* Collaborative
