The Role:
The Global Change Delivery Manager is responsible for defining, delivering and embedding change across the business that aligns to the Fircroft vision and strategy. This individual will work closely with the business to develop roadmaps that will enable the business to achieve it's short and long term objectives.

Main activities and responsibilities:

* Strong project / programme management, with excellent planning and organisational skills
* Ability to liaise and influence at all levels of the organisation
* Provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programmes to ensure successful delivery
* Ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome
* Providing expert change and transformation knowledge and best practice
* Developing roadmaps with senior leaders and directors across functions and regions to deliver the Fircroft vision and strategies
* Scoping, planning and resourcing projects to deliver to time, cost, quality requirements
* Assessing projects and re-prioritising based on shifting business requirements
* Managing projects/programmes, monitoring progress and reporting on status
* Course correcting projects when issues arise and/or risks materialize
* Engaging with the business to deliver the business change and ensure that it lands
* Embedding project outputs and outcomes fully into the business
* Establishing benefits realization plans and expected outcomes have business owners to measure benefits are line with expectations
* Ensure accurate and robust budget monitoring, highlighting potential underspend and/or overspend with the appropriate approvals
* Develop good practice business cases, track and monitor benefits realization against planned targets
* Manage to milestones and ensure the projects stay on schedule and within budget while aligning to the originally defined scope
* Adherence to group wide policies, processes and procedures
* Compliant with decision making authority and report requirements

* Escalate the risk of projects which will not be delivered on time or on budget for the company
* Ensure a clear and consistent approach is in place to manage risk with alignment to the finance and business risk registers and the corporate risk register

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* 10+ years delivering complex transformational projects and programmes
* Experience in a global organisation

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Understanding of how technology can support business transformation
* Ability to distil complex problems into simple and straight forward solutions
* Business process improvement
