The Role:
We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR department on 12-month fixed term contract opportunity. The role is part time, three days a week.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering and embedding the businesses strategic goals. They will be responsible for ensuring performance and credibility of HR daily. The Business Partner will have responsibility for all HR requirements; from recruitment, on-boarding, training and development through to employee relations case management and Business Partnering with the senior stakeholders within the Region.

* Build strong and trusted relationships with the Directors and Heads of Business units. Ensure the people dimension is fully integrated into the business strategies and plans. Highlight to the leadership the people implications of their business objectives and ensure plans are in place to tackle key people risks and challenges over the short and longer term.
* Work with the HR Team to promote and implement the alignment of global HR projects and initiatives; ensure that any local issues in implementation are highlighted and a proposal put forward to mitigate such circumstances.
* Work closely with your Directors to spot opportunities for organisational change or transformation which will improve business performance. Drive delivery of an effective organisation that is fit for purpose.
* Coach, challenge and influence senior leadership to develop the organisational capability required to enable delivery of business strategy; anticipate the changing needs of the business and drive the active management and development of talent.
* Lead the talent agenda for your business area, understanding the key talent, their strengths and development needs and actively participate in talent management discussions with the business teams. Facilitate the flow of talent through the business.
* Champion the performance management and personal development planning process with your business area and ensure that leaders have the skills and capability to maximise the value of the process.
* Have a deep understanding of your business area resourcing plans and provide the link to the Group resourcing team where appropriate. Work closely with local hiring managers and leaders to ensure the business recruits for potential and embodies career development from within.
* Take an active role in the budget planning process to develop rationale for new years' headcount, taking into consideration Organisational Design and future business plans
* Ensure all management information is up to date and accessible as appropriate including Talent Management information and Succession plans. Contribute to relevant HR KPIs and reports for your business areas.
* Responsibility for supporting Learning and Development processes across the Region, this will include working with the L& D manager to produce training needs analysis, supporting the design and content selection for soft-skills training.
* Review and update all policies in line with the current legislation and best practice as and when required.
* Effectively manage staff relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing expectations in order to achieve excellent support to all stakeholders.
* Ensuring that all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legislation, best practice and company requirements.
* Supporting the talent acquisition team, including drafting Job Descriptions, Conducting Psychometric assessments and behaviour-based interviews.
* Conducting Exit Interviews in order to monitor turnover levels and reasons, identifying patterns suggesting areas for improvement/change.
* Work as one global team delivering to the same solutions and have a hands-on approach to running HR projects that make a difference to how we as a global team support the business.
