The Role:
General responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;

Recruitment & Onboarding UK/Europe/ME/SSA (Supporting where required the CIS & Americas):
* Where required by the HRBP, devise offers of employment including employment contracts for all employees
* Where required by HRBP, create new starter packs and complete all pre-employment checks with new employees and where necessary (overseas locations) manage the visa process with the Visa & Logistics Department in the UK and potentially in-country
* Working with the global HR community, ensure all new employees are added into the HR system and upload all relevant documents to their record
* Conduct first day HR inductions with new employees
* Manage the announcements of all new starters globally on company intranet page

General Admin - Globally:
* Ensure that the HR system is kept up to date with all employee details and changes globally supported by the local HRBP
* Produce all employee change letters for UK/Europe/ME & SSA
* Attend employee relations meetings to take minutes or type up meeting minutes for HRBPs when required, this includes and not limited to disciplinary, performance, grievance and absence review meetings
* Ad hoc scanning and filing for the Business Partners
* Monitor and chase managers on the completion of Performance Reviews across the business supported by the HRBP's. Keep a review log and arrange required meetings with the global HR community to review next steps.

Payroll - UK:
* Manage the monthly payroll process for the UK Employees through our external payroll provider
* Scan to payroll all required documents
* Update payroll spreadsheet with all changes within the month for deadline date
* Check payroll changes are correct against pay report prior to salary payments being sent to the bank
* Respond to all payroll queries supported by internal payroll/tax expert

* Manage the relationship with our benefit Providers such as;
* FairCare, AON, Aviva Healthcare, Pensions Provider as well as collate and support on the following:
* Monthly new starter, changes and leavers information to Faircare and other benefit providers to ensure they can keep the portal and records up to date
* Support on initiatives from the wellbeing calendar
* Organise employee forum meetings with HRBPs
* Gain a good understanding of renewal dates for Healthcare, DIS, IP and manage the whole process.

Off Boarding:
* Process leavers in the HR system and provide leavers letter
* Carry out all exit interviews in the UK and collate all the required information within Regions to support the monthly HRBP meetings on issues/concerns that need to be followed up

Reward and Recognition:
* Keep trackers up to date with monitoring thank you cards issued globally and report back to HRBP's at the weekly global HR meeting.
* Ensure HRBPs are up to date with their bravo and employee of the quarter nominations and manage the process to its conclusion
* Manage the long service awards process globally for all employees, supported by the Regions as required

* Provide HR team with weekly reports on leavers and reward and recognition
* Monthly HR team reports - absence, labour turnover etc.
* Ad hoc reporting for different stakeholders

HR System:
* Become the 'go to' person for all HR system issues outside the superuser community

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to minimum Degree level or equivalent
CPP qualification would be advantageous
Working towards or part qualified CIPD (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to form strong working relationships
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative and identify process improvements where applicable
Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Takes ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution
