An opportunity has become available for a HR Coordinator to join us at our Head Office based in Warrington.

This is an excellent role for someone looking to move into a HR environment who has a strong administration experience who enjoys a busy environment with the ability to operate autonomously within a supportive office environment.

General responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
Recruitment and onboarding administration
Support new start induction process
Keeping the HR system up to date and accurate
Attend and complete administration requirements for meeting this includes and not limited to disciplinary, performance, grievance and absence review meetings
Monitor and communicate completion of performance reviews across the business
Produce employee letters and correspondence as required.
Manage UK payroll through external provider
Keep all payroll information up to date and within deadlines.
Support the resolution of payroll related queries
Organisation and communication of a range of employee benefit related activities
Completion of leaver administration
Support and coordinate the reward and recognition initiative
Provide HR reports as required
Ad hoc duties as required to support HRBP's.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to minimum Degree level or equivalent
CPP qualification would be advantageous
Working towards or part qualified CIPD (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to form strong working relationships
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative and identify process improvements where applicable
Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Takes ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution
