The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our Head Office team in Warrington, reporting to the HR Manager.

This role would suit a HR Advisor stepping into their first Business Partner role.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering and embedding the businesses strategic goals. Ensuring performance and credibility of HR on a daily basis. Responsibility for all HR requirements; from recruitment, on-boarding, training and development through to employee relations case management and Business Partnering with the senior stakeholders within the Region. To work as one global team delivering to the same solutions and have a hands on approach to running HR projects that make a difference to how we as a global team support the business.


Responsibilities

* Build strong and trusted relationships throughout the organisation.
* Ensure the people dimension is fully integrated into the business strategies and plans.
* Highlight the people implications of business objectives and ensure plans are in place to tackle key people risks and challenges over the short and longer term.
* Work with the HR Team to promote and implement the alignment of global HR projects and initiatives
* Work closely with your Directors to spot opportunities for organisational change or transformation which will improve business performance.
* Drive delivery of an effective organisation that is fit for purpose.
* Coach, challenge and influence senior leadership to develop the organisational capability
* Lead the talent agenda for your business area, understanding the key talent, their strengths and development needs and actively participate in talent management discussions with the business teams.
* Champion the performance management and personal development planning process with your business area and ensure that leaders have the skills and capability to maximise the value of the process.
* Take an active role in the budget planning process to develop rationale for new years' headcount, taking into consideration Organisational Design and future business plans.
* Contribute to relevant HR KPIs and reports for your business areas.
* Work with the L& D manager to produce training needs analysis, supporting the design and content selection for soft-skills training.
* Review and update all policies in line with the current legislation and best practice
* Effectively manage staff relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing expectations in order to achieve excellent support to all stakeholders.
* Conducting Exit Interviews in order to monitor turnover levels and reasons, identifying patterns suggesting areas for improvement/change.

* Degree Calibre
* MCIPD qualified (or equivalent)
* High level of communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build strong relationships
* Strong Business Acumen and Commercial awareness
* Coaching and mentoring skills and a passion for developing people
* Strong Organisational Development skills
* An understanding of change management both operationally and strategically
* Self-starter who sees things to completion
* Has impact, gravitas and credibility with HR colleagues and leaders at all levels
* Comfortable challenging status quo
* Flexible approach, going above and beyond
* Results driven
* Able to generate innovative HR solutions
