We are currently looking for an experienced Invoice Coordinator to be based from our Head Office in Warrington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and distributing high volumes of invoices to clients on a daily basis to meet set KPI's with a high level of processing and checking for accuracy.
Responsibilities
* Monthly, weekly and adhoc invoice and credit note production in compliance with procedures confirming invoice accuracy to a standard acceptable to Fircroft.
* Responsible for generating all invoices on specific payrolls based on the Payroll calendars and distributing invoices direct to the clients by email or post.
* Ensuring that specific clients invoicing are passed to the Quality Manegement team for 100% quality checks or the Client Systems & Payments team for any portal based clients.
* Confirming correctness of invoicing and credit notes (including back up detail) plus releasing invoicing/credit note documentation according to agreed processes.
* Production of manual invoices for other areas of the business such as perm placements and adhoc invoices.
* Monitoring and resolving all invoices that come into the error log as internal errors and client rejections within a 48 hour SLA timescale.
* Any other activity deemed relevant to the service centre responsibilities.
Key Attributes and Experience
* Strong Communication skills.
* Accurate with good attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines, targets and agreed SLA's.
* Good Excel and Microsoft software skills.
* Accounts or payroll experience would be an advantage.
* Experience in raising manual and computerized invoices and credit notes is an advantage.
