  • The Role:
  • Support the L&D Manager and Head of OD in the design, delivery and evaluation of a range of quality learning development and talent management solutions for Fircroft colleagues at different levels around the globe. With a focus on blended learning including substantial and developing digital content, you will work closely with HR Operations and Reward colleagues in enhancing the employee journey to achieve our goal of being an Employer of Choice by 2022.
Identifying Development Needs/Scoping
  • Working with L&D Manager and key stakeholders in the business to identify development needs at team and/or individual level.
  • Assist in the development of defined career paths and associated development paths for all business job families.
  • Support the active project management of the Organisational Framework and Fircroft Academy content.
Design
  • Consider and recommend appropriate learning solutions for owned projects.
  • Design high quality, creative solutions; producing relevant supporting materials where needed
  • Work with stakeholders and the L&D Manager throughout the design stage to ensure the learning solution meets requirements.
  • Manage the Fircroft Academy content to ensure relevance, accuracy and ease of access
Delivery
  • Support the L&D Manager in the delivery of key programmes; leading modules where appropriate
  • Take ownership of Fircroft's Apprenticeship programmes in the UK; working closely with third-party training providers and managing spend against the Apprenticeship Level
Evaluation
Work with L&D Manager to ensure ROI can be measured against key deliverables and agreed development outcomes are agreed with stakeholder.
Education, Qualifications and Training
  • Graduate calibre.
  • Formal training qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience of developing and designing digital learning content
  • Education, professional qualifications and further training
Essential Experience
At least 12 months previous experience within an L&D role developing on-line solutions

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Keen to develop as an L&D professional
