The Role:
Provide the payroll department with support in the running of the payrolls on a weekly basis

* Preparing and inputting timesheets/expenses (anywhere upto approx 1000 per week)
* Inputting of CPR's (Contract Placement Records)
* Entering and VAT registrations and self bill forms calculating any owed VAT adjustments
* Matching invoices/highlighting invoice queries with Invoicing/matching invoices to unvalidated timesheets
* Printing payslips/remittances
* Sending weekly reports to composite companies
* Assisting with running payrolls (if senior/supervisor not avaible)
* Reporting all faults and errors on system/highlighting any errors to the Payroll Assistant Manager/Payroll Manager
* Responsible for the support, promotion, monitoring and compliance with all Fircroft and client HSE obligations, rules and requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good level of education
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook.
Knowledge of payroll (PAYE & LTD or Composite Company) skills would be an advantage
Ability to work as part of a team yet also with the initiative to work alone
Organised with ability to work under pressure, keeping to deadlines
An aptitude for figure work
