The Role:
As a Payroll Administrator you will be working closely with the Senior Payrolling Administrator and the Payroll Team, processing timesheets and expenses for our Contractors globally, paying in multi-currency, both weekly, fortnightly and monthly.

* Preparing and inputting timesheets/expenses (anywhere up to approximately 1000 per week)
* Inputting of CPR's (Contract Placement Records)
* Entering and VAT registrations and self bill forms calculating any owed VAT adjustments
* Matching invoices/highlighting invoice queries with Invoicing/matching invoices to invalidated timesheets
* Printing payslips/remittances
* Sending weekly reports to composite companies
* Assisting with running payrolls (if senior/supervisor not available)
* Reporting all faults and errors on system/highlighting any errors to the Senior Payroll Administrator/Payroll Manager
* Responsible for the support, promotion, monitoring and compliance with all Fircroft and client HSE obligations, rules and requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Good level of education
* Previous experience of working within a busy payroll environment
* Working in a fast paced payroll environment desirable but not essential
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook.
* Knowledge of either PAYE / Limited Company or Umbrella related payroll an advantage but not essential
* Ability to work as part of a team yet also with the initiative to work alone
* Organised with ability to work under pressure, keeping to deadlines
* An aptitude for figure work
