We are currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join our established team based in our Warrington head office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of change records in the Portfolio Management Office, providing assurance to stakeholders and sponsors that all changes are delivered using a 'best-practice' project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
Receiving new change requests from the business and creating records which will manage the change through the full lifecycle according to the PMO Methodology based on MSP processing.
Managing stage boundaries for each change and providing assurance that change record and project documentation has been maintained accurately.
Create Portfolio level reporting to the stakeholder groups, sponsors and steering boards.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a complete view of the Portfolio of Change - all proposed, planned, in-progress & benefit realisation stages of all programmes & projects through end to end lifecycle
* Ensuring all agreed documentation is complete, accurate & up to date and logged in PMO site
* Verify and use of Lessons Learned
* Monitor, challenge & support Business-led change
* Manage Quality Assurance audits
* Manage Impact Assessment process and complete new proposal assessments
* Create and manage external boards
* Maintaining strategy board reports and creating financial reporting
* Support with financial governance and provide resources
* SME user for PMO Tool management and development
* Ownership of Portfolio documentation/governance templates & standards
Key Attributes & Experience
* Advance IT skills in relation to Word, PowerPoint and Excel and MS Project or other project tools
* Working knowledge of programme/ project methodologies
* Awareness of corporate industry and professional standards in the programme/project management environment
* Understanding of the full Change Management Lifecycle
* Monitoring and reporting skills
* Ability to detect and resolve problems with Change and Risk Management data
* Analytical skills and ability to track and report budgets
* Maintain a quality management process, use of tools to achieve this such as Microsoft
