The Role:
Compliance is a critical aspect of our business, which impacts every role within our organisation in the completion of day to day tasks and activities, whether they emanate from Contractual, Commercial or Legal obligations.
The principles of Compliance is to validate standard of operations, provide governance and reporting to identify and mitigate unacceptable risk and increase efficiencies.
The role of the Compliance Coordinator is multifaceted, feeding into various corporate functions in the provision of compliance services, managing relationships and promoting the Fircroft values, to ensure effective assessment of business risk and oversee the implementation of controls

Duties:
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders in the identification and assessment of risks
- Development of compliance controls to mitigate risks
- Drafting and implementing policies and procedures based on compliance obligations
- Monitoring and reviewing compliance controls to ensure they are effective and identifying measures for improvement
- Identification of residual risks following implementation of compliance controls
- Conducting group training sessions, to create awareness in our compliance obligations and embedding procedures and best practices into business processes
- Conducting scheduled audits to ensure service levels are being maintained
- Advise business on contractual and regulatory compliance obligations
- Promote Fircroft's company values and compliant behaviour
- Conducting gap analysis to pinpoint compliance shortfalls and identify trends
- Generating performance report to measure levels of compliance
- Liaise with Senior Management for escalation purposes and approval processes
- Make recommendations for non-compliance remedy and service improvement
- Establish relationships with key functional stakeholders within the global compliance networks
- Follow up on previously identified non-conformities to ensure shortfalls have been rectified

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good level of education
Degree desirable but not essential
ISO Quality Auditing Qualification desirable
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals and groups
Analytical ability and foresight to recognise trends
Keen attention to detail
Ability to manage time and prioritise work
Assertively challenge iterative compliance non-conformities
Root cause investigations
Dealing with non-conformities
Experience of working with ISO9001 Quality systems
Writing procedures / procedure flow charts
Auditing Skills
Dealing with customer complaints.
