We are currently looking for a Quality Checker to join the team at our Head Office in Warrington.

The aim of the Service Centre is to deliver a best in class service to all our clients, both internally and externally. We support our contractors from when they first commence work with us by contributing to a smooth on boarding process, processing accurate and timely payments and dealing with any queries quickly and efficiently.

The importance of the Service Centre to the overall success of Fircroft is that we are committed to delivering exceptional service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and to create longstanding trusted relationships with all of our clients and contractors.

The Quality Management team are an integral part of the Service Centre - ensuring quality is upheld within the department and aiding in the delivery of right first time payment to contractors and invoices to clients.

Job Position Will Include:

* To audit payroll - timesheets and expenses, checking for accuracy
* Feeding back errors to individuals and managers - may include use of Excel and other reporting tools
* Review client invoices to ensure these comply with invoice requirements
* Log incorrect invoices and advise actions to be undertaken by Service Centre or Operations team to correct
* Responsible for driving the resolution of incorrect invoices across teams
* Recording and monitoring the root causes of invoice queries to report back to the wider business to promote necessary process change
* Review new starters on-boarded within the business - certifying all documentation is compliant and in line with business and legislative requirements, including GDPR and sanction checks
* Management of close out process within the business upon client's notification of PO or project closure to ensure all costs have been invoiced and submitted to the client
* Taking ownership of ad hoc projects from time to time with respect to the quality of Service Delivery
* Working with Operations and Service Centre teams (Payroll, Billing, Credit Control etc.)
* Working towards set team and department SLA's and KPI's
