We are currently looking for an experienced Recharge Coordinator to be based from our Head Office in Warrington.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring complete, accurate and timely recharge and invoicing of approved costs to clients on a daily basis within set KPI's.

Responsibilities
* Daily and weekly invoice and credit note production in compliance with procedures confirming invoice accuracy to a standard acceptable to Fircroft.
* Responsible for ensuring complete, accurate and timely recharge and invoicing of approved costs to clients.
* To control the capture of contractor costs for recharge, from various Global sources.
* To ensure full documentation backup as per individual client contracts to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
* To log all costs, monitor and control both data and document flow using several spreadsheets.
* Responsible for generating all recharge invoices raised daily and weekly and distributing them to the relevant teams within the Service Centre or clients.
* To log all the submittal dates for each invoice that has been distributed to the client and track the progress of invoices that are still held internally on the submittal spreadsheet.
* Responsible for controlling the recharge reconciliation spreadsheet ensuring all invoices are invoiced and reconciled off accurately and that all records reconcile back to the financial accounts.
* Monitoring and resolving all recharge invoices that come into the error log as internal errors and client rejections within a 48 hour SLA timescale.
* Completing all recharge payroll new starters and updates into Tempest accurately within a 48 hour SLA timescale.
* Carrying out weekly reports to close the recharge Payrolls and to show the total value of all recharge invoices raised per week.
* Any other activity deemed relevant to the service centre responsibilities

Key Attributes and Experience
* Strong Communication skills
* Accurate with good attention to detail
* Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines, targets and agreed SLA's
* Good Excel and Microsoft software skills
