The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager the Business Manager is the P&L budget holder; accountable for service delivery within their defined sector. To oversee existing clients, build relationships with senior client stakeholders and be the point of escalation where required; positioning Fircroft as a trusted partner and maximising their potential.

The Business Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction of the team, working closely with the Business Development Manager to identify appropriate new business targets and overseeing their development.

* Take ultimate ownership of Regional Account Management and Recruitment services, ensuring both areas are working effectively, aligned and supportive of each other's requirements
* Demonstrate inspirational sales and delivery leadership and leading by example, both within Region and across the Fircroft Group understanding the full service capability and specific market offerings of the Fircroft Group
* Own and develop all existing Fircroft clients by designing and implement strategies to increase client consumption of a wider range of Fircroft services as well as increasing the number of active placements within the Account Managers client portfolio
* Map existing clients, providing full visibility of client strategy, stakeholder maps and buying rationale
* Monitoring of markets and competitors and provide intelligence on client needs and competitor positions - both to Regional and Corporate Leadership
* Act as a trusted advisor by consulting with key client decision makers to understand their business critical issues and strategic objectives, and position Fircroft as a solution provider
* Knowledge share amongst the global Fircroft community with other company functions necessary to aid business development
* Direct and manage a team of Account Managers, aligned to specific Fircroft clients

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience of managing budgets and P&L responsibility in corporate level recruitment sales,
* Demonstrable track record of successfully developing existing account management teams and client relationships, with resultant profit growth
* Demonstrable experience in sales in the Oil and Gas or Technical sectors
* Exposure to global/ multinational clients
* Senior client relationship management experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Results and high performance driven
* Delivery capability in a performance driven sales environment
* Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience of working with or within a client in the sectors Fircroft serves
* Demonstrable experience sales in other sectors (outside Oil and Gas/Technical)
* Degree qualified
