The Role:

We are looking for:

Be confident on the telephone and natural at building relationships with clients and candidates
Be smart and presentable, with great written and verbal communication skills
Resilient, motivated to succeed, ability to work to deadlines, performance driven with a naturally enquiring mind
A dynamic and energetic individual that is eager to learn.
A desire to recruit across key automotive clients
Resourcing or recruitment experience


Your role will be focused on:

Building and maintaining candidate relationships and looking after your portfolio of active contactors
supporting across three key automotive clients, potentially across two locations
Building trusting relationships with, and managing the expectations of Fircrofts' client base in your sector / discipline
Managing candidate data and interview processes compliantly, following the correct Fircroft processes and procedures
Administrative duties as required
