We currently have an opportunity for a recruitment professional to join our growing Energy Developing team in Warrington. As part of your role you will be supplying both permanent and contract resources to leading Nuclear & Power clients within the UK market. Often managing multiple positions at any one time, we are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who can support the needs of many clients within the demanding Energy industry.


Responsibilities


* Identify suitable candidates and proactively market them to existing or prospective clients and sales opportunities through your network.
* Work closely with suitable candidates to drive them through the process efficiently and effectiely
* Mapping out your specialist market throughout the region to gain a full understanding of the companies within your specialism and typical positions you would be expected to recruit for.
* Maintain and develop an understanding of Fircroft clients and their strategic and tactical recruitment needs, identifying new Sales opportunities wherever possible.
* Work closely with existing clients to build meaningful relationships.
* Ensure the highest level of support to candidates throughout all processes and develop all client relationships to ensure they receive the best service possible and maximise business opportunities.
* Ensure that both clients and candidates have an exemplary experience of working with Fircroft, via first class communication and customer service

Key Attributes and Experience


* Previous technical recruitment experience is essential
* Bachelor's degree desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Driven and is able to take accountability of performance.
* Ability to take ownership of responsibilities
* Ability to build trust & relationships
* Passionate about recruitment
* Driving license

* Monthly bonus scheme with uncapped commission
* Flexible working. Standard hours are 09:00 - 17:30 but flexibility can be offered around these times.
* 22 days holiday, increasing 1 day for every year up to 5 (27 days) + 8 statutory.
