We are currently looking for a Reward Analyst to be based from our Head Office in Warrington.

The Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and ongoing coordination of reward solutions globally to support the business in achieving its long-term business strategy. They will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Reward from global bonus structures and global benefits to salary benchmarking and recognition schemes.

* Support the Group Head of Reward in developing a global reward strategy encompassing remuneration, bonus and benefits.
* Act as a centre of excellence providing expert advice on all reward principles, policy and process, disseminating this knowledge across the HR Team.
* Support the implementation of a new grading structure through effective job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes, providing recommendations to HR Business Partners in line with market rates and trends.
* Manage the annual cycle of pay review and variable pay calculations, ensuring effective application of pay governance processes on a day to day basis.
* Understand and manage benefits programmes and third-party supplier relationships (healthcare, Life Assurance etc.) across the Group whilst ensuring these are maintained and are the best value for money.
* Coordinate the Gender Pay Reporting for the organization, analysing pay and supporting the business to understand areas for review. Support the development of an effective HR Management Information dashboard through effective analytics and reporting

Key Attributes and Experience
* A strong reward background; ideally with experience of managing bonus structures, grading, benchmarking and pay reviews.
* Good understanding of Job Evaluation methodologies
* Experience of using and reporting from HR Data Systems
* An understanding of benefits processes.
* Strong analytical skills, numeric capability with advanced excel skills.
* Comfortable with supporting reward transformation projects
* Excellent organisational skills
* Open, practical and pragmatic
