The Role:

Supporting the Global Accounts Controller in governing the pricing policy and processes across the business.
Managing and controlling the Pricing model and offering support to the Regional Commercial teams in using and interpreting it for pricing decisions.
Leading the pricing for Global/ Strategic/multi regional tenders, offering recommendations and supporting negotiations as appropriate.
Providing the Sales / Commercial communities with the analytics that measure service profitability and support the establishment, development and maintenance of pricing strategies, plans and processes.

Pricing Governance and Processes:
* Supporting the Global Accounts Controller in documenting and maintaining the Group Pricing policy, processes and supporting in providing training and guidance to the wider business on pricing
* Improving, maintaining and governing the current pricing model liaising with Sales and commercial teams
* Ongoing maintenance of the Service costings matrix across the globe, to inform the pricing model.
* Reviewing and validating regional price quotations relating to our strategic accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency and offering feedback and recommendations
* Identifying opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through pricing strategies.
* Supporting the Global Accounts Controller with the current pricing project to improve and automate the current pricing processes.
* Supporting regional teams in the process and standards for the development and maintenance of rate calculators

Commercial Support to Global/Strategic Accounts:
* As part of the Matrix organisation - sectors or strategic accounts cut across the regional business structure:
* Reviewing and validating regional price quotations relating to our multi regional or strategic accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Leading price modelling for Global framework contracts
* Support with Tenders and Pricing for other Strategic accounts
* Sales/GM analysis and modelling.
* Working with Sector leads to obtain final sign off from the board in necessary
* Accountable for the implementation of operational pricing tools (i.e. rate calculators) into the operations community.
* Monthly and periodic performance reporting to Senior Management / Board
* Support to sector/strategic account leads in reviewing regional budgets and forecasts
* Support as required with new client implementation (Finance workstream lead) and finance reporting/analysis
* Responsible for the support, promotion, monitoring and compliance with all Fircroft and client HSE obligations, rules and requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* BSc/MSc Qualification (Preferably Quantitative Science Degrees)
* Strong IT Skills/Knowledge especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and working with databases.
* Knowledge/Experience of pricing principle, strategy and techniques.
* Experience in Contract interpretation and price modelling.
* Strong analytical and modelling skills.
* Commercial and Economic acumen including awareness of global economic factors affecting a recruitment business.
* Self-starter with the ability and energy to shape a new role.
* Organised, diligent with attention to detail and able to work under pressure to hit deadlines.
* Strong Verbal/Written Communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills / ability to communicate and report to staff across all levels of the company.
* Ability to translate complex issues into simple, actionable recommendations.
* Strategic Mindset.
