The Role:
A position has come available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Client Relationship Co-Ordinator based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia reporting directly to the Country Manager.

Job Summary:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist / Client Relationship Co-Ordinator, you will be the focal point for both the client and our business, based within the clients head office on this extremely prestigious and high profile project.

You will be the main focal point for all of the expatriate recruitment on this project.

Job Duties:
Our intention is to utilise a software platform to manage the supply chain for recruitment.

* Client based you will be at the forefront of the development of seamless recruitment processes applying Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement
* Work with clients SME's to get full understanding of role requirements to optimise CV responses
* Understand and collate new vacancies and ensure that these are distributed to correct our Company, Client and Supply Chain recruitment teams
* Monitor the distribution of candidate CVs to appropriate SME's and seek prompt responses.
* Co-ordinate interviews, communicating with our Business / Client / Supply chain and client SME's
* Validate and communicate mutually suitable dates and venues for Regional Recruitment Events
* Co-ordinate between all parties to ensure smooth seamless on boarding.
* Maintain accurate mobilisation details and provide regular reports on these.
* Work with the client to develop a Meet and Greet process which ensures new starts are welcomed appropriately
* Be the focal point for any other departments as necessary.
* As the project progresses be prepared to make site visits as required

* Visa and Mobilisation teams - Fircroft and Client.
* Payroll

Education / Key Attributes:
* University qualifications desirable
* Recruitment Qualifications, e.g., REC desirable (but not essential)
* Strong Communication/Interpersonal Skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to organise and prioritise
* Proactive
* Good Sales Skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and with a team
* Take ownership, contribute and influence departments targets
* Basic IT knowledge
