The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our global Talent Acquisition team; to support the internal recruitment process including the coordination of internal mobility, employee referrals and the implementation of a direct source strategy.
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will become the subject matter expert on their areas of recruitment; providing market insight to stay up to date with trends, best practice, and innovations.
The role will involve drive, determination and a solution based approach when it comes to finding the best talent for Fircroft.

Responsibilities:
* Managing the candidate recruitment life-cycle
* Creating and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms
* Proactively identifying talent through various channels
* Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
* Liaising and building relationships with hiring managers across the all locations in the business
* Meeting daily and weekly KPIs
* Ensuring all successful candidates are fully compliant to work
* General recruitment administration
* Create talent pool of engaged candidates
* Support projects to raise the profile of Talent Acquisition throughout Fircroft
* Ensure roles are filled within agreed timescales
* To uphold the Company Values at all times when engaging with customers, clients, staff and local communities.
