Job Summary:
Provide support to the Tenders Manager and business development teams in the preparation and co-ordination of responses to invitations to tender and the general support of projects within the Tenders Department.
Duties:
Tenders:
Preparation and management of accurate responses to all bids and tenders requests.
Responsible for accurate maintenance of the tenders library and suggesting any improvements.
Responsible for the accurate logging of all bidding opportunities through the tenders evaluation form process, the tenders log and the tenders database.
Responsible for adding historic data to database - archiving of bids and proposals documentation.
Responsible for providing reports to the tenders manager.
Responsible for the sign-off process of all client related external documentation.
Responsible for driving post-win sales via the Account Manager / BDM.
Education / Key Attributes Required:
Degree / Formal Qualification in Marketing, Business, English Language or similar - degree preferred not required.
Knowledge and experience of tender preparation and working within a busy Bids department.
High competence in use of MS Office suite and the capacity to learn new packages and tools.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Time management.

Good inter-personal and relationship building skills.
Outgoing & friendly personality and the ability to engage with all levels of seniority throughout the business.
